Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has raised funds aggregating to Rs 1,000 crore through issuance and allotment of 10,000 at 6.72% rated listed Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 10 lakh each. The instrument will mature on April 24, 2023. The said debentures are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India. The interest on the said debentures will be paid on an annual Basis. 

L&T is an Indian multinational engaged in technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing and financial services with over $18 billion in revenue.
