Vakrangee Softwares’ promoters company Vakrangee Holdings (formerly NJD Holdings), has acquired shares aggregating to 4.57% of share capital of the company through open market during the period September 10, 2012 to September 25, 2012.  Post the acquisition, promoters’ share holding in the company stands at 34.41%.
