JSW Energy has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 4th February, 2020, to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2019. In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company that was closed for all Designated Persons from 1st January, 2020, shall open on Friday, 7th February, 2020.
