GPIL/NSE & BSE/2019/4017 dated 30th December, 2019 vide which the company had intimated the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from 01st January, 2020 to till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019, for the Directors/ KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the Code; the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 11th February, 2020 for considering of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019. The company also informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting, upto 13th February, 2020.
