Adani Ports & SEZ reports 4% fall in Q3 consolidated net profit

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2019.

The company has reported a fall of 49.92% in its net profit at Rs 458.93 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 916.32 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 9.43% at Rs 1,742.02 crore for Q3FY20 as compared Rs 1,923.38 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 4.01% in its net profit attributed to the equity holders at Rs 1,352.17 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1,408.60 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 20.88% at Rs 3,830.43 crore for Q3FY20 as compared Rs 3,168.88 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
