Hindalco Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company on 6th February 2020, has received information pertaining to issue of Duplicate Share Certificates. The relevant information is given in the Annexure I. The Company is in process of issuing duplicate share certificates to the shareholders, after completion of required formalities.
