Titan Company has acquired Hyderabad-based technology and wearables firm HUG Innovations. The company also gets an advantage to access HUG's consumer platform and IPs that are extremely relevant in the company's wearable journey. After the acquiring, Hyderabad would now have the Titan's Development Centre.

Titan Company is an Indian designer and manufacturer of watches, jewellery, precision engineering components and other accessories including sunglasses, wallets, bags and belts.
