Date: 18-02-2020Websol Energy Systems has allotted 783778 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Foreign Currency Convertible Bond (FCCB) holders. The FCCB Committee of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on February 18, 2020 has allotted the same.
With the said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company as on February 18, 2020 stands increased from Rs 29,81,08,450 to Rs 30,59,46,230 divided into 30,59,46,23 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
