Asian Paints has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 25th February, 2020, to consider and approve payment of second interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March, 2020. It is further informed that the record date for payment of second interim dividend, if declared, will be Wednesday, 4th March, 2020. Further, as per the 'Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Code of Conduct'), the trading window of the Company will be closed from Wednesday, 19th February, 2020, till Thursday, 27th February, 2020 in this regard. The same is being informed to the designated persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
