UltraTech Cement has approved the allotment of Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating to Rs 250 crore on private placement basis on February 20, 2020. The said NCDs are proposed to be listed on National Stock Exchange (NSE) of India.
