Date: 20-02-2020Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has bagged four awards in the Governance Now 7th PSU Awards 2020. The annual awards ceremony was held on February 19, 2020 at New Delhi.
The four awards conferred to ONGC, under the Maharatna category, are Communication Outreach, Digital PSU, Investment in Start-ups and CSR & Environment and Sustainability.
ONGC is India’s largest government-run corporation and produces about 70% of India’s crude oil and natural gas. The corporation is the biggest public sector commercial organization in India.
