HCL Infosystems grants option under employee stock based compensation plan

HCL Infosystems has informed that the committee of directors (share allotment) has granted 37,000 options at a price of Rs 375 (including a premium of Rs 365 per option) under HCL Infosystems, employee stock based compensation plan 2005.

Each option confers a right to apply for 5 shares of Rs 2 each.
