Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

Larsen and Toubro Construction (L&T Construction), the wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen and Toubro (L&T) has bagged orders worth Rs 1,744 crore across various business segments in September 2012.

In the Buildings & Factories IC, the company has bagged new orders worth Rs 1,331 crore from reputed developers for the construction of residential towers in Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore. L&T Construction has also secured orders worth Rs 413 crore in transmission lines, bulk material handling and water & effluent treatment business unit.

In separate development, the company has bagged orders worth Rs 2,130 crore across various business segments in September 2012.
