Sonata Software has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today 26th February, 2020 has declared Second Interim Dividend of Rs 14.50 per share for the Financial Year 2019?2020. The Record date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend will be on Monday, 9th March, 2020. Dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders on or after 12th March, 2020 through Electronic mode or by dividend warrants, as applicable. A copy of the press release is enclosed.
