Pursuant  to  Regulation  29  of  the  SEBI  (LODR)  Regulations,  2015, Eicher Motors has informed  about the notice is given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, to  consider  and  approve  proposal  for  payment  of  interim  dividend  on  the  equity  shares of the Company for the financial year 2019-20.Further, pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by an Insider  and  SEBI  (Prohibition  of  Insider  Trading)  Regulations,  2015,  ‘Trading  Window’  for  dealing  in  securities  of  the  Company  will  remain  closed  from  Tuesday,  March  3,  2020 till  further  communication as may be announced in this regard.
