Further, in accordance with the Company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading - 2015, the 'trading window' for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed on account of declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend if any, for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from March 06, 2020 to March 13, 2020.
