TCS/BM/254/SE/2019-20 dated March 5, 2020, Tata Consultancy Services has informed that at the Board Meeting held on March 10, 2020, the Directors have declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per Equity Share of Re 1 each of the Company. The interim dividend shall be paid on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, March 20, 2020 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
