Further. the Company has fixed Wednesday, 25th March, 2020 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend on equity shares. if any declared at the aforesaid meeting. Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 12th March, 2020 to 19th March, 2020.
