Goldiam International divests entire stake in Goldiam Jewels

Goldiam International has divested its entire stake held in Goldiam Jewels. Pursuant to this divestment Goldiam Jewels ceases to be a subsidiary company of Goldiam International with effect from September 28, 2012.

Goldiam International is located in Mumbai, in India's premier jewelry Manufacturing zone -- SEEPZ -- specially created by the government of India to encourage Indian industrialists to set up world class jewelry manufacturing facilities for 100% export.
