Further to letter dated March 2, 2020 and in Compliance with Regulation 30, 42 and 43 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Eicher Motors has informed that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today, March 11, 2020, has approved payment of interim dividend of 1250% (Rs 125) per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each for the Financial Year 2019-20; Fixed Saturday, March 21, 2020 as the Record date for determining eligibility of shareholders for the purpose of payment of interim dividend for the Financial Year 2019-20. The interim dividend will be paid/dispatched on or before March 31, 2020 to the members whose names appear in the Register of Members in respect of physical shares and/ or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the equity shares of the Company, in respect of the shares held in electronic form, as on the close of business hours on record date. The meeting of the Board commenced at 2.00 pm and concluded at 2.55 pm.
