In reference to letters dated March 4, 2020 and March 9, 2020 with respect to issuance of NCDs on private placement basis, Tata Steel has informed that the Committee of Directors has today approved allotment of 6,700 -7.70% Unsecured, Redeemable, Rated, Listed Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of ,10,00,000 each for cash aggregating to Rs 670 crore, to identified investors on private placement basis, on terms and conditions as mentioned in the Information Memorandum for the said Issue. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) Segment of SSE .This disclosure is made in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
