Goodluck India has informed that in reference to the scheme of amalgamation of Swachh Industries, a 100% subsidiary, (Transferor Company) with Goodluck India (Transferee Company), a copy of the formal order of the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Delhi dated February 20, 2020 has been filed with Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana on March 11,2020. Henceforth, the scheme of amalgamation of Swachh Industries (Transferor Company) with Goodluck India (Transferee Company) has become effective from March 11, 2020.
