Adani Enterprises has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2020, has declared an Interim Dividend of Re 1.00 (100%) per equity share of Re 1 each for the financial year 2019-20. The said interim dividend will be remitted on and after March 26, 2020 and will be paid within the timelines stipulated under the Companies Act, 2013.
