Date: 27-03-2020Theleme Master Fund has acquired around 2.85 crore equity shares of JSW Steel at Rs 153.80 per equity share valuing the transaction for over Rs 437 crore through open market transactions, on March 26, 2020. On the other hand, Morgan Stanley (France) S.A.S has sold 2.19 crore equity shares of the company at Rs 153.80 per equity share taking the transaction size to Rs 336.82 crore, on the same day.
