Mahindra & Mahindra’s (M&M) step-down wholly owned subsidiary -- Mahindra Renewables (MRPL) has sold 96,23,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each held in Cleansolar Renewable Energy (CREPL) aggregating to 100% of the paid-up Equity Share Capital of CREPL to CLP India, for a consideration of Rs 108.39 crore. Pursuant to this, CREPL has ceased as a subsidiary of MRPL and of the company.
