The board meeting is scheduled, to consider and approve the Financial Results for the quarter and Year ended March 31, 2020. Accordingly, an intimation regarding the notice of board meeting will be sent separately to the stock exchange. Further, the designated persons have been informed not to trade in the securities of the company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
