Tata Steel is going to consider and approve the issuance of unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis, within the limits approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 13, 2018. The meeting of the Committee of Directors of the company is schedule to be held on April 13, 2020, to consider and approve the same.
