Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cipla has informed that the Operations and Administrative Committee of the Company on 13th April, 2020 has allotted 3,910 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the option grantees under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A of the Company. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1,61,24,78,478 comprising of 80,62,39,239 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each.
