Reliance Industries Ltd.

Reliance Industries has raised Rs 8,500 crore (PPD Series K Debentures and allotted 85,000 Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, on private placement basis. The maturity date of NCDs is April 17, 2023.
