Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has raised Rs 1000 crore and allotted 6.65% 10,000 nos. of Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 10,00,000 each for cash at par on private placement basis.

M&M is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
