Delta Corp allots equity shares under ESOP
Date: 03-10-2012Delta Corp has informed that the allotment committee of the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 01, 2012 has made allotment of 8,47,250 equity shares of Rs.1 each to the employees of the company and its subsidiaries under Delta Corp ESOP- 2009 Scheme.
Further, the paid up equity share capital of the company has accordingly increased from 22,39,18,189 equity shares of Rs. 1 each to 22,47,65,439 equity shares of Rs 1 each.
