ECL Finance sells 1,364,658 shares of Tulip Telecom

ECL Finance has sold 1,364,658 shares of Tulip Telecom in an open market transaction. Out of the total shares sold, 864 shares of the company were sold at Rs 47.45 a piece on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and remaining 1,363,794 shares were sold at Rs 46.34 a piece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Separately, Religare Finvest sold 877,238 shares of the company at Rs 44.72 per share.

On the other hand, J P M S L A/c Copthall Mauritius Investment bought 809,812 shares of the company at Rs 45.90 a piece.
