Reliance Industries has raised Rs 10,060 crore through Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 1,00,600 NCDs of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, on private placement basis.

Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
