Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd.

Tata Motors has raised Rs 1000 crore through Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 10,000 NCDs of face value Rs 10,00,000 each, at par on private placement basis. The Board Committee in its meeting held on May 26, 2020 has approved and allotted the same.

Tata Motors is India’s largest automobile company. Through subsidiaries and associate companies, Tata Motors has operations in the UK, South Korea, Thailand, South Africa and Indonesia. Among them is Jaguar Land Rover, the business comprising the two iconic British brands.
