Intellect Design Arena has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) and other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Intellect Design Arena will be held on Monday, the 15th June, 2020, to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results (Both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2020 and, any other business. According to the relaxation granted by SEBI vide its circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79 dated 12th May, 2020 on Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, notice for the aforesaid meeting will not be published in the newspapers.
