Kwality Dairy India to employ IBM’s SmartCloud Dairy Solution

Kwality Dairy India, dairy products company, is bringing cloud computing route to streamline business processes, improve efficiency across various operations and aims to deliver quality products. It has preferred IBM’s SmartCloud SAP Express Dairy Solution, one of the first such deployments in the Indian dairy industry.

This initiative will benefit the company to build a more integrated operations system, recognize challenges related to milk procurement, payment, production, and fat and SNF (solid not fat) accounting, among others processes. The company has been facing challenges in managing its cash operating cycle effectively, as it was previously using non-integrated solutions, which did not help address the business issues and further impacted operational efficiencies.
