Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the Listing Regulations 2015, Coal India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/06/2020, to consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2020. Company has already closed its ‘Trading Window’ under ‘Code Of Internal Procedures And Conduct For Prevention Of Insider Trading In Securities Of Coal India Limited’ from 30th March 2020 and it will open on 1st July 2020.
