Infosys has informed that the company will close the trading window for dealing in Company’s securities in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly, the trading window will be closed from today June 16, 2020 till the second trading day after the dissemination of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2020. This will also be hosted on the Company’s website, at www.infosys.com.
