The Notice of the 74th Annual General Meeting and Annual Report for the financial year 2019-20 will be sent to all shareholders whose email IDs are registered with the Company/ Depositories and will also be available on the Company’s website at https://www.wipro.com/investors/annual-reports/ in due course. Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books will remain closed from Friday, July 10, 2020 to Monday, July 13, 2020 .
