Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ITC has informed that it has enclosed details of the Share Certificate for 4110 shares of Re 1 each of the Company which has been intimated as lost by a Shareholder on 17th June, 2020. Further, the company has enclosed the copy of the letter received from the Shareholder regarding loss of the aforesaid Share Certificate.
