In continuation of earlier letter no. GPIL/NSE & BSE/2020 dated March 31, 2020, Godawari Power & Ispat has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from 01st April, 2020 to till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020, for the Directors/KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the Code. The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on June 27, 2020 for considering of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020 and Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2020. Also informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting up to closing of the trading hours of June 29, 2020.
