Affle (India) has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Company’s Policy on Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for buying/selling/dealing/trading in the shares of the company  shall remain closed from June 25, 2020 till further notification, for all the Designated Persons including their immediate relatives. All the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter/ deal in any transaction involving a trade in the shares of the Company during Trading Window Closure period.
