Bajaj Corp reports 34% rise in Q2 net profit

Bajaj Corp has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2012.

The Company has posted a rise of 33.61% in its net profit at Rs 38.40 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2012 as compared to Rs 28.74 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.  Total income has increased by 26.99% at Rs 136.01 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 107.10 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.

Bajaj Corp is engaged in the manufacturing of hair oils. The company markets its hair oil under the brand names Brahmi Amla, Amla Shikakai and Jasmine hair oil.
