Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements), 2015, Intellect Design Arena has informed that Pranav Pasricha, one of the Business Unit Heads of Intellect responsible for the Insurance vertical, has resigned from the Company to follow other pursuits. The responsibility for the insurance vertical will be taken over by Banesh Prabhu who brings over 30 years experience of running large global businesses including Citibank. Details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular Number CIR/CFD/CMD/04/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are as enclosed.
