FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per October 5 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 3243.90 crore against gross sell of Rs 2269.60 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 974.30 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1272.20 crore with gross sales of Rs 907.60 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 364.60 crore in debt.
