Innovative Tech Pack board to consider audited balance sheet
Date: 05-10-2012Innovative Tech Pack has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on October 06, 2012, to consider and approve the amended audited balance sheet as at March 31, 2012 profit and loss account for the year ended on that date together with the amended reports of the board of directors, amended reports of the auditors and notice convening adjourned annual general meeting (AGM) of the company.
Further, board re-consider and approve the re-appointment of M/s. BGJC & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors of the company for the financial year 2012-2013, and authorizing the board to fix their remuneration.
