Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in continuation to its letter no: SBIL/F&A-CS/NSE-BSE/2021/047 dated June 29, 2020 the trading window will remain closed from July 01, 2020 to July 23, 2020 for declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.
