Date: 06-10-2012Ramco Systems has informed that the allotment committee of the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 05, 2012 has approved an allotment of 110,145 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, under the Employee Stock Option Scheme. Consequent to this, the paid up equity share capital has increased from 1,56,80,058 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to 1,56,90,203 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
