Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone has informed that pursuant to the powers delegated to the Finance Committee by the Board of Directors of the Company the Finance Committee has, at its meeting held on July 13, 2020, approved the preliminary offering circular in relation to a proposed issuance of foreign currency denominated bonds by the Company. Further, the senior management team of the Company, together with the joint lead managers appointed for the proposed issue of foreign currency denominated bonds (‘Issue’), shall engage in investor calls, virtual meetings and presentations, amongst others, with institutional investors and analysts, outside of India, in relation to the proposed Issue on July 13, 2020 and July 14, 2020. Further, a copy of Investors’ Presentation is being uploaded on the website of the Company. The meeting of the Finance Committee commenced at 5.45 am and concluded at 6.15 am.
