Rakesh Jhunjhunwala acquires additional 3.39% stake in Geometric

Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, ace investor and partner in Rare Enterprises, acquired additional 3.39% stake in Geometric via open market transaction. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and his wife Rekha Jhunjhunwala have acquired 2.13 million shares in the company between September 25 and October 5, 2012 through open market.

Following this acquisition, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and his wife Rekha Jhunjhunwala's stake in the company increased to 19.14% from 15.75% earlier.
